I really hate how am I right now because I'm severely overweight.
I've tried many ways to lose weight but I still went back to my formal self.
While surfing the internet for "rapid hardcore weight lost", I came across this website:

I think that I would love this diet plan because it does not involve exercising because I hate to exercise. I hope this would work for me too and as stated in the blog, 
"this girl who actually tried this method, lost 11kg in just one week!" 
Imagine just a week of "starvation", I could be able to look better. No harm trying, well, not too much. (:

This is just a small amendment of the diet plan because my first day does not start on Monday and end on Sunday.
"Apparently the recipe is worked out by doctors and somehow it is permissible to practice such fasting days every month. They said It is 100% guaranteed to lose to 25Ibs (11.4kg) I guess a bit over 10kg in one week! However if you use this method next time you wont be guranteed to lose 10kg or more."
1st day (Wednesday): 1 bottle mineral water divide into 6 parts for drinking during the day.
2nd day (Thursday): 1 litre skim milk divide in to 6 parts for drinking during the day; 1 apple at 9 PM.
3rd day (Friday): 1 bottle mineral water divide in to 6 parts for drinking during the day.
4th day (Saturday): Vegetable day! Salad (about 0.9~1kg) fresh cabbage, carrot, any potherbs you like. Add vegetable oil 1 table spoon. Salad divide into 3 parts. You can drink 2 glasses of water.
- I would drink just water for the day.
5th day (Sunday): 1 liter milk divide in to 6 parts for drinking during the day; 1 apple at 9 PM.
6th day (Monday): Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of tea; Afternoon snack: 1 apple; Dinner: 1 apple
7th day (Tuesday): 2 glasses of skim milk, 1 cup of tea without sugar in the evening;
- I would just drink 2 glasses of skim milk and warm water in the evening. 
"So again, this diet is for people who have strong will power and is guaranteed to lose 11kg. (Hopefully this is true.)"
If I lost at least 5 kg, this would consider to be quite true to me.
Well, I will be starting my diet plan tomorrow, 22 August and end on 28 August.
My prelims would last from today, 21 August to 30 August so this diet should be alright. 
I wonder if this would affect my performance for prelims though.. Let's hope not kaee, (:
I would be updating at the end of each day of diet whether if I lost any weight, as little as 0.1kg.
Well, that's all from me today. Better get prepared to eat my last full meal before my diet starts!

Hey Ive started this and would you please tell me how it went? Im very curious about the result... I think it should have some effect because at some point you are starving yourself. Although I think losing 40kg in a month is a little too much, but it is possible if you're really determined to lose weight.

Of course you have to sacrifice all delicious but unhealthy food. KFC and McDonald's are a must to avoid but you can take it once every 1 month to soothe your cravings.

Within 10 days, (not this diet plan), I lost around 3-4 kgs.

After that I got really sick to follow again because I was SOO craving for fried foods and stuffs so I gained back 1-2 in like 2 months, which I think it's okayy.

Yeap, I didn't lose 10kg in 1 week, but I lost 9kg in less than 3 weeks. Probably because I snack a few times while I'm doing this diet :P

If you do so you will feel so exhausted during the second week. But you can take those vitamins pills or calcium I don't know cos every time i read about a diet such us this one or one that provides less than 500 calories a day they always say that you should take some extra vitamins to avoid the fatigue and all the health problems this diet may cause you.

Hi, i tried this diet 3 weeks ago and it help!!I am 173cm and 80kg before i saw this diet plan.I went on a diet for 2 weeks and i lost 15kg.Eventhough i didn't lost 20kg ,at least it works! I am now 66kg.I gain 1kg so far. Now when i go back to school next week,my teacher will be so shock seeing me on the weighing scale!I'm then 2nd heaviest in my class before .I'm a girl and losing weight for a girl is quite hard.Now i guess i'm the 11 heaviest :D

Yes it does count but it is not enough, your body needs many other vitamins and nutriments. And i actually don't know the amount of calories that could be in those supplements but i think you can add them to your diet ( reasonably of course ).

there are more responsible diets than this one and if you sport at least 1 hour a day you will lose even more weight.

hey guys......completed my second day successfully......1 lt of milk was too much for me....as I don't like milk much......but I had half a lt and 1 glass of water and an apple........I guess we won't feel any weakness but as am also adding workouts everyday last night I felt a little exhausted.....and we know that fasting all day makes people sleepless at nights....I could also experience that........but except this everything was fine.......and third day is also going well......and yeah am happy and excited for 4th day....as I can have something called breakfast , lunch and dinner going into my mouth( though they are not tasty.....actually I hate potherbs).......but am really happy with this diet and I actually started seeing results ....yippee........:D

Hi This diet is totally lop sided and all its giving you is calcium and Iron from the apple. It is next to starvation and is not recommended at all. You could loose weight by simply exercising and also follwoing a healthy diet Plan.

do one thing: Dnt have anything fried , or fatty. Have boiled chicken if you need to but exceed 500 gms / week do not have beef or goat meat or duck or any such red meat.

Do not have aerated beverages,and juices also should befresh juices not the packed sugary stuff

Switch to whole wheat and full grain bread.

have 5-6 small meals

Have atleast 10 glasses of water on a daily basis

You can also try having One ltr of water before you go the washroom early morning when you get up...I know its difficult but its effective...it stimulates your body, takes out the toxins and importantly makes you loose weight

follow all this, you will losse weight around 10 kgs in two weeks.

NO ALCOHOL ...take a glass of wine if you want , but once a week.
NO BEER under any circumstance...dnt worry after a month your body will get used to small portions and you will feel nice..

hey lena this actually wont work for 3 weeks.......the first week itself you will be losing around 11 kg ......and if you continue after it....it will not be that effective.........so better you do the gm diet plan for next two weeks where you can eat fruits and vegetables on somedays......and after doing this 3 weeks diet you will sure reduce 18 kgs.....and because you eat lot of fruits for two weeks continuously........your skin also starts glowing..try it.:)

Starvation predisposes u t gastrointestinal disorders such as GERD and stomach ulcers. Plus u need glucose source everyday secially if u r working or studying to give u the energy u need. I am fat and I ve lso tried to skip meals and starve myself before. But was not able to maintain so I was shocked when I weighed in I found out that I was already nearly obese I from overweight. So I started to go to gym exercise cardio and weight liftingi also followed my prescribed diet from nutritionit which is a low fat diet( avoid fried oily foods) more veggie and fruits without compromising carbohydrate and protein intake remember they are the macronutrients we need to kep us strong everyday. What's the use of losing weight if we don't feed our body cells properly. Aside from that exercise weight lifting helps you build muscle and when we build muscle we lose fat. Starvation also promote muscle catabolism and we don't want that to happen if ee want to get in shape then its better if we develop more muscle than body fat or visceral fat. Let's make our weight loss slowly but surely an makesure we don't bingeafter depriving ourselves. It really takes time and patience to lose weight and be able to maintain it. So let' eat properly and as much as possible leave at least one hour for exercise everyday or 3-4x a week for busy working people. :)

Hi Guys

I am currently 108 KGs believe it .. Thats a lot of weight and it's really gotten me depressed and sad .... I am meeting my inlaws for the 1st time in 4 weeks and honestly I would be so embarrased if they met me in this state..

So I am going to brave this out and try this diet ... Day 1 today ...

So far I have been fighting food smells, craving and thinking of all the food i could eat .. etc but I need to get thru this day.

I have spread my water into 6 parts ... starting from 09:30am and drinking the water after every 2 hours. I am also hoping to go to bed early . This is a tip I heard that will help you get past any craving... Its 1 pm and I am half way thru the day . I will definately chat with you all later. I am also in work working 09:30 -18:00

I need your moral support ... Please do not post anything telling me how unhealthy this is... Cse if you are posting that to me you really have no idea wha its like to live in a fat body and be unhappy....

So to those who are following .. Day 1 nearly over. I have made it to 18:00 hrs .. Been a tough day.. Had some really strong craving around 15:00. I sprayed a bit of mint spray and that helped relax me a bit. Drank my water and I was able to carry on. Another tip on how to control cravings.

I do have a light headach.. This is to be expected. Worried about the evening. I have asked my husband to cook so that I will not be invloved in any kind of food making. If it really gets tough this evening another tip I have been taught is to go to bed. Hope to chat more tomorrow.plus I will be revealing if I have lost any weight of any kind yet.. Night Night ..

Hi I'm Tiffany i'm 13 years old . The start of this year i've tried a similar diet, and i lost 6 kg in 3 days. It was unbelievable!! Then i stop after 3 days and now gain 5kg. i have started this diet from today. i am forced to have milk every morning a glass of it without sugar so i hope that won't be a problem. plus i have green tea twice a day and as i am in a profession where i have a lot of field work i will need to drink a lot of water... i have tried following this diet 4 times before but this time i am head strong as i had a bet with few of my friends... i am 74.8 the last time i checked which was 2days back.

Hey guys . I staryed my diet today. I am writing in midnight. Like , really. I was shaking and my heart was beating so fast and I knew I had to eat smth. I just ate rice and curry for 100calories I guess.... how did u guys go through the water day?? Did u guys really eat nth and drink water or eat smth? please tell me.. and by the way my heath is very good. And even I am like this after this day one. TWT.

the day where i drank only water was my worst day, i would have almost fainted. so i just drank a big glass of milk. and then i was fine. i guess you should have taken something in liquid form. i am not sure though. i have one more day to go ie tomoro. then i get to eat some food atleast . but i have to eat in a controlled manner. or else u will gain back what u lost within half a week. :(

Did you lose any kg ?? For me , today is my water day again. 3rd day, and I drank a half glass of milk in the morning in order not to eat anything at night from being hungry too much. This is my 3rd day but I don't seem to lose any kg yet. (I have not weigh myself ever since then ). but my belly fats seem to go away. My waist line has become S. But I think you need some exercise . I know you can't exercise in these days cuz u r too tired and hungry to exercise. I hope I'll lose since I am putting all my effort.

This is my 2nd day of this diet (Last week, I tried it but failed in the first day and other days) So, I am trying really hard without giving up. This is my 2nd day and since I didn't eat anything yesterday, I feel like shit. LOL. but I am drinking milk now and it is fulling me up now. anyway, I won't give up anymore. The only days to suffer is water days. There are only two days of water days. So, I won't give up. I will share my results :)

Sure ... u can use any milk types.. al milk r okay.. for me , I drank soy milk.. today is my 3rd day.. water day again. I have lost 2kg so far. Physically changed so much.
